Anyone have a solution for a second screen marquee with retrobat (homenade or 3rd party)

Topic says it all. Thank you all for any guidance you can give.

I have scoured the internet for a solution and have found some information but no full solution as to how to load images/ marquees to a second monitor at predefined event times (game-start etc)

There is one article on the forum here that speaks of the scripts to get the proper file selected but no speaking of gotta to get it displayed on the second screen (banner software?)

Thank you all again for any help/ guidance on this subject. (I am not a developer sadly)
