Arcade system menu key

How can I enter to arcade service menu (f2 key on a regular mame). Where you can adjust machine games settings like difficulty, max lives , etc

You need to activate this option on MAME core option.

I figured out how to do it in FBA emulator. Retroarch let me configure this option on its setings. By default, holding start, enters service mode. The problem is with mame. I cant find this option on retroarch settings. I need mame because FBA doesent support many games.
