Problem Analog direction in EmulationStation and Flycast libretro

I setting my controller in controller option menu (compatible x360controller) ,when i complete assignments, on ES menu if i push right or left direction, it move UP/Down in ES menu.....on Flycast i can't setting properly direction for moving character....character move only left/right and not up/down.

I've never seen a bug like this. Especially with an xbox 360 controller, it is the most used controller by Retrobat users. no idea where it could come from. Try to redo a complete installation.

I solved!...I had two problems, analog stick Sx and Rom.
I open my controller and cleaned contact of analog stick...other problem, rom 18wheeler (naomi game) , truck not steering properly, I change rom with another 18wheeler and now it work. In rom zombierevenge I had a problem with direction for player two, I changed Rom and now it work.

OK cool, so that wasn't a Retrobat problem.
I imagine you had roms in .lst + .bin format?
