ckau-book-enhanced theme

Hi there,
ckau-book-enhanced has been released!
Based on the famous ckau-book theme, ckau-book-enhanced adds support for many more systems for both Batocera and Retrobat (174 in total) as well as 2 new views for gamelist.

Great work, I want to help added support for psvita but do you know what I would use for position of the video it's a tad off.

Hi,
we teamed up with Ckau so that all of ckau-book-enhanced new systems and feature have been (and are being) fully integrated in ckau-book without the need to work on two separate themes.
If you download the latest version from https://github.com/CkauNui/ckau-book you'll also find PS Vita
