Steam games don't run well

Just some info.. I ran #37 on adding steam games and they added in with no issue. They're listed in retrobat and I can select them and start playing (no kill). About 45 seconds into the game, I get taken back out to the retrobat game list menu but the game is still running in the background. I can either select the game again and i go back to where I was, or quit ES and stay in the game. It keeps doing this on every game
