If you have as a hard disk linked to Xemu the "offcial dashboard" you must be able to change the language of the console by going through the menu of this one. Otherwise try the eeprom editor program which will allow you to change a lot of parameters (language, image format)

from xemu there is no language to select
I don't know how to use the eeprom editor program

Download the zip here : https://github.com/Ernegien/XboxEepromEditor/releases/tag/1.0.0.1

Then unzip and run the program inside the zip.

Then open the eeprom.bin file located in retrobat\saves\xbox called eeprom.bin with the eeprom editor program.

From there you can change the language.
