Add -set_overlay argument to Hpseus ROM

Hi,
I have all my Hypseus roms working, etc. but in some of them I would like to add the -set_overlay oversize argument to the launcher.
It happens with all the hd roms, you need that argument for the gun to work with HDTV's.

Unfortunately our current hypseus version does not have yet these arguments available, so it'll have to wait for when we update the hypseus version provided with RetroBat.
I have added this to our roadmap.
