Recorded Gameplay

Okay, so I used the record game play feature last night as a test to see how well it worked. We'll, when I went to watch the footage on my computer, windows player says it uses an unsupported encoding setting. I'm just wondering if there is a different player I should use or if there is a way to adjust the encoding settings. I have the latest update for retrobat and am using windows 11. I also haven't touched any settings for it.
