Video resize

How do I resize a gameplay video so that it fills the small open window of a chosen theme? I have black bars on either side of some videos.

Use some software that allow to crop the image... VirtualDub can do, as VLC I think

Virtual dub does not support MP4. I actually want to stretch the video, it has black bars on either side. Sony Vegas has a render option, widescreen for Youtube which works for most videos, and then an option to render with a full screen stretch, but some videos just won't stretch, and shrink if I try to crop them of their black bars.

Tested maybe with "https://github.com/HandBrake/" i use Sometimes for batch processing

Or with ffmpeg.exe by command line (example)

But i dont exactly your problème. (name theme; screenshot example; example video)
