Snes very slow

Good morning everyone. I am trying to create my own vi game station but I am having problems. I installed retrobat with everything it asked for. I put a first rom just to try de snes (aladin) but the sound and movement is all slowed down.
I have a pc with windows 11. 16gb ram. Processor i7 intel core 10875h 2.30 ghz.
Can anyone help me? Thanks

I tried. but maybe I did something wrong. I'll try tomorrow and day here. Thank you. the problem is that it seems to me that if I change the settings it doesn't save them.. but maybe it's my fault

Are you using RetroArch? You have to change the settings in RetroBat.
