Mame problem

Hi guys;
I have retrobat 5.3.0 and have a issue when I launch some mame games, if I launch for example AVP (aliens vs predator) nothing happens, it only come back to game selector. Other issue is when I try to launch some neogeo games, for example; AOF (art of fighting), it seems that the screen is loading but nothing happens and I have to close retrobat in task manager.

I have all mame´s BIOS in BIOS/MAME folder in ZIP format.

If with mame you have roms that ,don't run, it's possible that they are incomplete or incompatible with the Mame version loaded in automatic mode.

Try loading another Mame version for the rom concerned from the list in the advanced menu in retrobat.

My mame´s romset is .261 and my mame emulator that exists in emulators/mame is mame .261.
If I try to launch AVP for example in mame emulator without retrobat, Its run normally.
I try to change mame version in advanced menu in retrobat and... its ok, run normally with 2003 version.

But i cannot run any neogeo game, same problem, if i change the version of mame in advanced menu, only crash emulator or I have to close retrobat in task manager.
What is the problem ???

I found the problem, BIOS is the problem but... I put all mame bios, neogeo included, in bios/mame folder in zip format and games cannot run. But if put the BIOS files into game zip its runs normally...

How i can put all bios in a folder and retrobat can runs normally ??

And if you put in bios\ (not in bios\mame subfolder) ?
Also if you have retrobat 5.3 you should not have mame 0.261 but a previous version.

As far as I know you can always put the neogeo.zip ROM in your main MAME ROMs folder.

Just for information, what bios file are we talking about ?
2nd ==> we are talking about lr-mame or mame64 ?

And last : did you try in retrobat\bios directly ? (not in retrobat\bios\mame subfolder)
