Karaoke

I edited the es_systems for Karaoke Builder Player - command line is kbplayer *.zip and it's great.  I just had to add the graphics to the theme.  With a gamepad R1 moves down a page, holding it down is faster, L1 moves up, so this works just fine. For the basic display as some bands and songs can be really long text.
