"Hello" or a "Hi", is not optional...please respect it.
There is a problem currently, in the meantime you can use the file http://retrobat.ovh/repo/win64/stable/archives/retrobat-v6.3.1-stable-win64.zip
paste it into \system\download then run the update.

! C:\Users\\Downloads\retrobat-v6.3.1-stable-win64.zip: Unexpected end of archive
I think the archive is incomplete, I noticed that chrome/edge and even opera indicate a network problem or can't download properly (at least that's what happens to me)....but it works with a download application.
Try the update again with download from retrobat, it may be fixed now. (delete the archive you pasted)

I didn't mention using a setup.
Do the update as planned from the retrobat menu, it's probably fixed (check at home if it's ok).
Otherwise with the archive you have to paste it in the folder and launch the update as a standard update from the retrobat menu.
Sorry, if it's me who doesn't express myself correctly, but I don't speak English

Re: Updating
Hi Team.
I seem to be having the same issue as CasperGhost. I've tried just running the "start update" menu option presently, as well as downloading the previously linked zip to the system\download, running update menu option again. Either method yields "no update available" result.
If this helps, I believe the downloaded file I have (again from the link in this thread) to be okay. That is, the "test archive" functionality of 7Zip indicates no errors, short of a hash file to compare to.

There are no errors
---------------------------
This is the hash of the file I have for reference;
Name: retrobat-v6.3.1-stable-win64.zip
Size: 1685673219 bytes (1607 MiB)
SHA256: 684BC4F1B4F71E9DE2A4D51152815A9090196AB4BE7FEB9D3F3E205CAEB94FF3
If there is something I can try to run the update successfully, or if it's better to just wait and try again at a later date when the online check works again?
Best,
~MIDIMan

Indeed, there are some problems.
Unfortunately, it is very random, and some people manage to get the update popup... it is a prerequisite for the alternative with the archive to manually paste the folder to work.
As it is and without waiting I invite you to install a fresh version of retrobat in 6.3.1 and move your folders there: \bios, \roms, \saves, \emulationstation\themes, \emulationstation\themesettings and the emulators which include user folders like rpcs3, yuzu, ryujinx, vita3k, (others?) - You can also recover your \emulationstation\.emulationstation\es_settings.cfg
Note that 6.3.1 adds moving user folders (to be done manually) for:
- Move RPCS3 dev_hdd0 folder to saves\ps3\rpcs3\hdd_0 (you need to cut/paste when upgrading, if you want to keep the current folder in emulator directory, delete saves\ps3\rpcs3\hdd_0 folder)
- Move PPSSPP memstick folder to saves\psp (you need to cut/paste when upgrading)
- Move CEMU mlc01 folder to saves\wiiu\cemu\mlc01 (you need to cut/paste when upgrading, if you want to keep the current folder in emulator directory, delete saves\wiiu\cemu\mlc01 folder)
- Move XENIA and XENIA-CANARY content path to saves\xbox360\xenia (you need to cut/paste when upgrading, if you want to keep the current folder in emulator directory, delete saves\xbox360\xenia folder)
- Move Ryujinx portable path to saves\switch\ryujinx (you need to cut/paste when upgrading, if you want to keep the current folder in emulator directory, delete saves\switch\ryujinx folder)
- Move Vita3K content path to saves\psvita\vita3k as default(you can still use a custom path)
