Libretro: Mupen64Plus Next Parallel plugin submenu has 'upscale factor' mislabeled and 'downscale factor' isn't exposed
Hello everyone!
Stumbled upon the fact that Libretro: Mupen64Plus Next 'Parallel plugin' submenu is missing 'downsampling factor' option and 'upscaling factor' is mislabeled as Texture Upscaling.
The 'upscaling factor' mislabeling is easily fixed via es_features.cfg, however the 'Downsampling' is weird. I see, it's mentioned in LibRetro.CoreOptions.cs in the line 3405, however not only it's not exposed, its default value ('disable', I presume?) is also not honored by Retroarch if set manually via core options, i.e., if I set it to 1/8, it stays at 1/8 even after loading another game. Also, it's not boolean, but either off, 1/2, 1/4 or 1/8.
It seems, there's some confusion stemming from the fact that there's also Libretro Parallel n64, I think. Because Retrobat does indeed expose options for downsampling with Parallel n64. However, it also does not work. The 'downsampling' stays in the 'OFF' position in Retroarch.
I've yet to decipher LibRetro.CoreOptions.cs logic, so pardon me if my guesses are totally incorrect and the broken logic lives in some other place. Really wanted to help with that.

Hello,
I fixed Mupen64 downsampling.
Regarding parallel core, you need to set gfx plugin to parallel, else values are reset to default

Thanks for the answer!
Yeah, now I see, that you have to change GFX plugin in the Video menu for the settings to work. That's why there is all that 'if/else' logic.
I reckon, it caused some config conflicts if not reset to auto and using another plugin?
Thank you for looking into that
