Text description box delay for logo

I am not downloading the wheel that displays a logo for like 1 second before showing the description text in the same box of a game. Is there a way to disable that delay? As I don't want to use graphics there it now just shows an empty box for a second and then refreshes it with text.. I would like the text to go there instantly when I select a game.
