Sorry. Its an old Dell laptop i5 460M, 8Gb RAM with Windows 10.

have you try some drivers update (bios update too can help) ?
Have you well installed prerequisite files ?

Where did you download retrobat from ?

All drivers and bios are updated. All prerequisites files are ok too. I've installed vcredist2005_x64.exe, vcredist2008_x64.exe, vcredist2010_x64.exe, vcredist2012_x64.exe, vcredist2013_x64.exe, vcredist2015_2017_2019_2022_x64.exe and DirectX.
I downloaded Retrobat from here: https://www.retrobat.org/download/.

You must also install 32 bits versions of VC++, not only 64 bits.

Just installed 32 bits prerequisites. The problem persists.

What is your windows 10 exact version ?

I run emulationstation.exe directly. Same.

Your GPU is open GL 2.1 , but EmulationStation need OpenGL 4.4.
