[5.1.1] PS2 with Libretro

Hi, thank you for the great job with this project. It's wonderfull!

I have a question: after v5.1.1 update I don't see anymore libretro as emulator for PS2. In es_system.cfg is commented and if I try to uncomment I have a crash of the emulator? Why? Is there a way to have libretro with PS2?

Since 5.0, we have deactivated ps2 libretro core as it is buggy.
However, if you really need it you can create a custom ps2 system config file to get it back.

We don't see any point of using the core as the standalone works far better !

Yes, we have remove libretro PS2 core, as the result isn't so good as with the standalone PCSX2 emulator.
PS2 core is really buggy... that the reason why Retroarch crash ^^

Do you have trouble while using PCSX2 ?

Standalone PCSX2 emulator works perfectly. In the past I used libretro but there is no special reason. If the core is buggy can I continue to use the standalone emu.
