Manage multiple disc games
Hi everyone,
I have some games with iso disk1 and disk2 (e.g. xbox 360). Are there special configs to manage it as a "single game" or is it automatic?
I mean, retrobat automatical manage switch between disk 1 and 2?
Thanks.

it depend the emulator, but you can use .m3u files for that.
But for xbox 360 with xenia, i think is not possible...

Re: Manage multiple disc games
Ok.
So this method is valid only for emulators compatible with .m3u files?

Re: Manage multiple disc games
for emulators/core with multi disc support and .m3u files.
m3u files are used for other things too.
If you consult the doc for Beetle Saturn, an Sega Saturn core (for example), you can see if multi disc is supported, and is m3u files is supported:

Re: Manage multiple disc games
Ive looked multiple times but it seems like for anything that runs on iso formats like PS2 or Gamecube, there's no easy solution like a m3u file. I recommend updating the description of Disc 2 to say what it is so you dont have identical looking library entries next to each other.

Re: Manage multiple disc games
For xenia, why not, I guess for forza motorsport it might be the only way.
For normal 2 disc-games, xenia usually prompts when second disc is needed.
