Problem with game loading.

After the update to V5 when I press a button for a game to launch it shows the media (photo of the game) then for a brief moment goes back to retrobat menu and then loads the game but with the video sounds playing in the background. Is this a bug?

Then you must have a non-official retrobat version as Retrobat freezes ES while an emulator is running...

I have downloaded the retrobat v4 from the site, I think it's the official one i guess. And now I updated. Is there a way to go back to V4?

In which folder are your roms located for the system where you have this behaviour ?

The ROMs are in the "arcade" folder. Also I have problems with other systems, such as SNES, some games run fine, some games freezes the system, some shows black screen etc. I have an i3 with 4gb ram, you think V5 is "heavier" to run for this pc? With V4 runs like a charm.

Not at all.
But the Arcade folder does not exist anymore in v5, you need to move these to fbneo or mame depending on the romset.
Freezing and black screen on snes seems strange.

I haven't noticed that. I will move them to mame since it's a 2003 mame romset. Maybe that's the problem. I will post again if I have a problem. Thank you so much for your interest to help me.on this.

Do I have to change the emulator? Also I have the drivers set to OpenGL, maybe thats the problem?

Had the same problem when going to V5. If you open your retrobat/emulation station/emulation station/systems.cfg (think that is the path) and open it. You will find the system "arcade" in green with <!---. ----> (or something like this:) between them. By removing them your "arcade" should show back up as a system. After doing this my roms in arcade all worked as before.

So I just have to move my ROMs to mame folder?

Yes, if they are Mame roms.

I moved the ROMs to mame. But I noticed that there is an update from 5.0 to 5.2.0 so I tried to do it but it popup an error hash file not found.
I tried again and now it says do you want to update to version echo is off.?

No it's ok. 3 times "echo is off" but the fourth time worked. Thank you again now all 5 games I launched started without the video in the background.
