How to edit systems metadata?

Hi,
From the many systems view I'd like to edit the system description rather than using the default one.

In example for Amiga would probably write something: "The best gaming computer ever made"

Are there files that can be edited to achieve this goal? I guess that the content is used by any theme that is being used?
