everything running slow
Hi,
Just installed fresh windows 10 on a Dell optiplex 3050 micro i5-7500t 16GB 250GB ssd and then installed retrobat 5.3 (the full version).
only configuration I did was setting up my wireless xbox 360 controller as the input controller.
anything I test, nes, snes, mega drive etc. runs like at half speed, music is slow.
Installed retroarch, and get exactly same thing, everything is slow, used same cores as in retrobat.
so, now just tried to run the individual emulators that are in the c:\retrobat\emulators directory,
such as snex9x, mgba etc and the games work fine there, normal speed /music etc.
Also tried to add a dreamcast game, and ran redream through retrobat, game stutters,
ran the redream emulator by itself, game works fine.
so I am thinking that there is some overall setup / configuration that causes this.
anyone had similar experience or has any idea what can I do to resolve this.
your help is much appreciated.

Hello
Have you installed all required dependancies?

Re: everything running slow
yes, I did.
I figured out something interesting,
the 3050 micro was connected to my 4k tv and that had the issues I mentioned above.
I connected it to a regular 1080p monitor and there it worked fine (for the lower end stuff - nes to PSX1).
still do not understand why not getting decent performance when using vulkan backend on higher end systems
like gamecube, wii ps2 when I see eta prime in youtube run it well.

Re: everything running slow
Hey not sure if you’re still experiencing the issue. I think it may be with the dpi scaling of windows. When connected to your 4k tv it maybe forcing high dpi, try setting it to 100 regular
