Massive speedup for the collection management and game loading for people having very big list of games
Error message when retrobat encounter an invalid xml, is now a toast and no longer a popup.

Collection editor is now available for "manual" collection, dynamic will be coming soon.
Depending on how many game you have, loading can take some times depending on how many system and game you have.

Registry entry removed to know retrobat path. You can now have one batgui per retrobat on your computer. Batgui will work in the path from where it has been launched

Few modification in advance for the scrapper module, and a standalone simple gamelist editor, don't expect to have a soft with a lot of possibilities like ARRM :-)
