What is the size of batgui.exe at the root of your retrobat install, and the one in RetroBat\system\modules\rb_gui\batguimenu.exe

One of the two must have a problem, try to launch directly batguimenu, to see if the problem is still there

I'm on the lastest build to, and have used batgui all the sunday.
