retrobat refuses too launch anything error code (0xc000007b) HELP!!

hello my retrobat refueses to launch anything i dont know what im doing wrong emulatiostaion.exe wont launch nothing i just recently had to reset my pc on windows 10 so what do you guys think it could be i tried asking the facebook page but no one will help me so idk wat do .

You read the file readme.txt from the root of your Retrobat installation folder?
follow the instructions, and install whatever is asked.

i have direct x latest version i believe and i am not sure about the other three i guesss im still new to this so idk
