GBA hackromes won't start.

Sorry, I know this is not normal ROM.
I want to play a Pokémon Hackrom with ips on my GBA, but when I try to start it from retrobat, the game doesn't start and I am returned to the emulationstation screen.
Can't I play hackromes on retrobat?
The core is the same mGBA.

Additional description.
The installed retroarch by itself can be started without any problems
When I try to boot the same ROM with retrobat, it does not boot and comes back to emutationstation.

Can you describe more the material you're using, if you have allready installed all prerequisites, if others roms or others systems are running ?

I am using retrobat-v4.0.2-20210710-installer.exe as the version of retrobat.
The PC used is intel NUC11PAHi7
Software installed is VC++ and DirectX
(vc_redist.x64.exe vc_redist.x86.exe dxwebsetup.exe)

I have 10 regular GBA ROMs and they work fine.
Hack ROMs with .ips files adapted, but they don't buzz!
Both regular ROMs and hackromes work with retroarch installed

Many times the error itself is a faulty ROM, perhaps with an invalid internal configuration.

I would recommend you to download several copies in different places to check them all, since the fault may be with your rom.

Another fault is usually the video setting.

In setting emulation systems, do you use OPENGL, VULKAN, etc and have the resolutions configured?

It may seem that everything is automatic, but it is not. If these parameters are not set, the fault may be this.

Might be easier if you tell us the rom and patch you're using. I'll have a go and if I get it working I'll tell you how I did it.
