Reset everything back to default due to retroarch controller issues

Hello: Is there a way to reset retrobat and all the cores back to the original configurations?

Retroarch (libretro cores) games not working with 2 controllers. The games give an error of: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: source

Works if I unplug one of the controllers. I messed around with core settings and now when the game opens with only one controller, if i hit a button the retroarch menu opens.

Both xbox controllers are the same. Configured both with port 1 and port 2.

Issues with megasystem, nes, and snes

Works if I choose a non retroarch emulator.

Updated to the latest version.
