Change configuration using wiimote [5.1.1]

Never used wiimote for lightgun before, I'm using WiimoteGun. In the menu it is working well or so I think. I don't use dolphinbar, but normal usb 2 bars, one above and one below. Well now I will comment on what is happening to me. When I start a game,retroarch changes its settings, it minimizes and activates the title animation and the wiimote trigger does not work.
