Mame64 command line window

Hello,
I am using Mame64 standalone emulator with Retrobat. It works great but the only issue I have is when a launch a game I get a command line window pop then it goes to the game just fine. Is there any way to keep this command line window from popping up?
I have skip_gameinfo = 1 set in the mame.ini file but that doesnt seem to be the trick
