[RESOLVED] I can't get the settings to be saved in Retroarch

Good afternoon everyone. I have some doubts about Retrobat 3.1, I want to tell you that I come several days to try to solve it on my own, but I could not, I just moved the CPS 1, 2 and 3 Roma, in these systems I have the problems.
1- In Roms 1942, it appears on the horizontal screen and I cannot find how to modify these parameters.
2- In all the Roms, I manage to put them very well on the screen, but I cannot save the settings of this game or the others.
Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance.

Good morning, I wanted to tell you that I already solved the problem, I tell you, as I always start in reverse between all the Retroarch options, be it video, screen, etc. and I could not solve anything. Until at the end it occurred to me to enter the Core and SURPRISE menu, there is a menu that says ALLOW ROTATION and for some reason that I am unaware of was disabled, obviously the problem was solved.
The other drawback would not know how to explain that I achieved the solcion (the game was seen in 16: 9 but not in full screen) the solution is to deactivate SCALAR USING INTEGERS, managed to solve the problem, but when leaving the game and entering again it was not saved configuration (the steps I followed were MAIN MENU - CONFIGURATION - SAVE CURRENT CONFIGURATION), I think I have touched something in the EMULATIONSTATION to use the Retroarch configuration.
The important thing is that I already solved the problems, thank you very much for your help and sorry that the forums in both English and French were looking for the solution.
