Controller Mappings per Game

Hi, I just installed retrobat on my ROG Ally and I need to figure out how to map controls per game. For example, I want two of the C buttons mapped to B and Y for Star Fox 64 but I want them mapped to the analog stick for Super Mario 64.
I noticed I can go into the options for each game and set the Autoconfigure Controllers to auto/on/off but I don't know where to go to put the mapping in.
