Re: Bad physics in Visual Pinball
Can you try, for test only, to shut down your pad before starting Retrobat, then navigate to the menu with the mouse, and start a table ?
Finally, only while in-game, power on the controller and check if the ball still going up ?

Re: Bad physics in Visual Pinball
Thanks for your help
You were on the right path.
The problem is with the control configuration. Retrobat assigns table tilt axes to the left stick (although I haven't seen those controls in the emulator keys). In addition, the sensitivity is excessive and the slightest touch or drift causes the board to lean a lot or tilt. The pity is that RB does not have the option in Visual Pinball to disable the Auto Configuration of controls in that system. I have fixed it by disabling X and Y axes in the emulator, but I am open to other solutions...

Re: Bad physics in Visual Pinball
You can adjust the deadzone directly on the emulator.

Re: Bad physics in Visual Pinball
I think I already tried it and it didn't work, but now that it's solved I'll try it more calmly and comment on it.getupor wrote:You can adjust the deadzone directly on the emulator.

I also inverted the z axis, Retrobat has the plunger assigned to the left trigger and pinball machines usually have it on the right.

Re: Bad physics in Visual Pinball
Issue is that axis assignment varies depending based on the type of controller, e.g. z-axis will not be the same for a xbox controller or a dualshock...
Can you tell me what controller you have ?
And show me a screenshot of the controller configuration where I can see the 3 axis ?
