Games and music too slow

Hi everyone!
Thanks for the oportunity to join this community. I recently bought a gaming pc, kinhank mini pc to be more exact, but my games regardless of the emulation system are running too slow including their ingame music. Am not conputer savy nor have lots of knowledge in regards to programming, so any help will be much appreciated.
