Slow performance in all games and emulators

hello retro gamer friends! I recently did a Retrobat 4.0.2 install on my PC, it's a nice PC with 32gb ram, rtx 3060, ssd, i9 processor.
But I don't know what happens, all the games from one day to the next started to show slowness (even very light games like Mega Drive) and the audio has glitches.
Is there any configuration that I missed? Has anyone experienced this problem? I did three clean installs but the problem persists.
PS: Before everything was working perfectly.
