Adobe Flash/Retrobat Setup Guide

Hi,

I have a little problem regarding Flash games, trying to run them on the ROG Ally (not tried on a PC).

The game launches and shows the ES loading screen, then it very briefly shows the ArcadeFlashWeb screen but switches back immediately to the ES loading screen and stays on that. I have to manually switch to the desktop and click on the ArcadeFlashWeb window to open it.

I have the exact same problem on PC. In full screen mode there is no way to bring the ArcadeFlashWeb into focus so you can't play the game, you can hear it running but it appears to be behind the user interface screen instead of in front. The only way to continue with the Retrobat interface is to end task.

Is anyone else able to run Flash games full screen with no problems?

Either no one else is having problems running in full screen mode or no one is playing flash games. ? I hope this gets resolved.

I just test with beta 6, no problem there.
are you both on windows 11 ?

Ok, reproducing with the Rog Ally also and beta 6.3 (that doesn't happen on my Win 10 daily computer).
On Beta V6, we have also add Rufus as emulator. Hope it can handle mostly all the games. I will try later

V5.3 - Not working under Windows 11, works fine on Windows 10.

Where's the guide ?
