Hi @all,

im using the X-Arcade stick on an other machine. Its nothing else as a joy2keyboard. I setup the buttons and a hotkey in ES, but i cant exit any emu if i not set the exit key up in the every emu itself. I thought the emulauncher.exe is waiting for a keystroke to exit the running emu or is that not true? Especially emus like model 2 with ALT+F4 as keystrokes its an interesting option. Is there an option i forgot to activate?

I have the same issue with 3.1

I use a xbox one controller, and I can't exit any emulator or call the hotmenu with my controller...

Hello,
I think you have disabled the option to configure controllers from ES?

No...I have checked it, same with your pic...

Image it... Open Retrobat , select a game wiith my controller and play it very smoothly. Just can't exit emulator~~ Shocked

I use a Xbox One Controller model 1708,all the button can be detected by ES ,I wish I can use the xbox botton for hotkey,but it will call out xbox game bar (I use win10).

So I had to set R3 to the hotkey...but it seems doesn't work

Try with Select (back) for Hotkey and try Back + start to exit games.

i don't know X-arcade is working, if it's possible, map alt+f4 on a bouton ?

Maybe it is... its a simple keyboard-controller connected to buttons. If you press a button on the x-arcade it press a key on the keyboard like space. Maybe an idea for future... if it would be possible to map a hotkey and an special exitbutton in ES independent of keyboard or joystick that emulauncher is wating for. Some emus you have to exit with esc some with alt+f4. That emu-depended combo then could be send by emulauncher. I thought right now thats the way how emulauncher is working.
Of course retroarch cores become better and better and retroarch has this feature build in, but not every emu is available yet.

It's not a joystick, it's a keyboard !!!
We only support device that are recognized as joyticks/gamepads to Windows to check hotkey/start exit combination.
We don't change the default emulators keyboard management, so you have to check your tool for a way to handle Esc key or Alt+F7 key combination ( it can depend on emulators ).
Or simply use something recognized as a joystick by Windows...
