[RESOLVED] "The emulator jas exited unexpectedly" - Nintendo 3ds
Hi guys!
And thank you deeply for creating this gem. I'm so excited to begin using my Beelink-SER5 as my multi console on my TV.
So far everything has been really smooth. Added roms and bios for many systems. Scraped for all of them as well, all working well. All except for 3ds. For some reason I can't scrape for 3ds games. It says "No title matches the description" and whenever I try to run any game I get the error in the title. I didn't change any settings at all, it's all default.
I read on some other post here it could be related to drivers or something? I'm not really sure where to start. All the roms are .3ds I think. It's possible I might have closed Retrobat while it was scraping for 3ds before, I'm not sure to be honest. Also not sure it's relevant.
I'm using Retrobat 6.3 on a Beelink-SER5 with windows 11. Any ideas on how to debug this? Thank you in advance!
AMD Ryzen 5 5560U @ 4.0GHz; TDP 15W
16GB Dual-Channel DDR4 & 500GB NVMe SSD
2.5" 250gb SSD Samsung EVO 780
AMD Radeon Graphics – 6 cores @1600 MHz
Dual Monitor, 4K@60Hz
WiFi 6E & Bluetooth 5.0, USB 3.0, Type-C

Hello
Yes, there is some trouble for Citra with AMD iGPU. You can try by changing emulator choice first.
You also have to be sure that you use decrypted roms.
For the scrape, maybe you have to check first individually, and try to edit name from the metadatas to see if you find a better results.

Hey!
You were right on the encryption thing! It turns out I was using encrypted ROMs. That has been solved and it's all working well now.
The scraping was my fault as well as I had moved unfinished files into the folder by mistake.
Thank you for the help!
