user agreement when playing teknoparrot games with in retrobat

every time i start a teknoparrot game i have to accept user agreement very odd it becoming an issue now i have accepted it many times now have spoken to teknoparrot they advise because I'm using a 3rd party software i.e. retrobat has any one got this issue and has fixed it
