Saves for PS1 dissapear
Hi. I've started some PS1 games and made the first save. After that I close the games, reopen and saves are still there, so I can load them with no problems.
The issue start once the computer is turned off. If I start the games again and go to their own 'load game' option, saves have dissapeared :O That's happening to me in FF VII, RE2 and some more (I had to begin RE2 several times until I reach the typewriter in the police station).
Notes: I have saves files sync'ed with Google Drive following these steps (thanks for helping about that too)

It seems nothing is wrong about it, as other platforms can load saved games correctly. It just happens with PS1. Besides, if I go to /Retrobat/saves, the srm files are there. It looks like cores are not detecting them.

Hi,
What core are you using? have you tested with other cores?

Re: Saves for PS1 dissapear
Try directly with retroarch.exe, et say me if you lost saves after rebooting your PC.
To find if the problem is with Retroarch or Retrobat.

Re: Saves for PS1 dissapear
Sorry, I have some more hints about this issue.
I thought saves dissapeared after rebooting PC, but it's just with changing devices, so the problem must be related to the cloud system. It's weird because saves for other platforms are working fine, but I can't load PS1 sabes when going to a different Windows device.
The shortcut to One Drive folder is working properly and files are there, but the emulator doesn't get them.

Re: Saves for PS1 dissapear
OK, so it's a network access problem.

Re: Saves for PS1 dissapear
It seems so, but I couldn't fix it yet. It's working fine for other systems, but not for PS1.
The folder is syncronising correctly and save files are inside. Any hint about why RetroArch can't see them?

Re: Saves for PS1 dissapear
No idea, we don't develop emulators. You have to ask retroarch developers to report this problem.

Re: Saves for PS1 dissapear
Thanks. Now, I have the solution, but not quite sure about it though.
The folder I was synching with OneDrive was '\RetroBat\saves', but I've just realized my saved games are not there. They are in '\RetroBat\emulators\retroarch\saves' instead.
I guess I just need to sync that one, but now I have a doubt: what's the purpouse for '\RetroBat\saves'? It seems some games are saving there and some others (PS1 for example) in the second folder. Am I mixing up thing maybe?

Re: Saves for PS1 dissapear
Are you sure you haven't change some configuration ?
Because I check it again on RetroBat 3.1 with Mednafen HW and PCSX ReARMed and saves are where they are supposed to be, in saves\psx.
I have .mcr extension for mednafen and .srm for PCSX
