Cant access ingame menu

Hi all! Im new here.
Im playing Retrobat nice with 0 problems.
The only i would like is to know how to acces to "ingame menu".
I mean, while playing a game, access a menu for quit, or change game, change emulator..
Im using 8bitdo pro 2, working nice, but as i read, with "hotkey"+a, or +b, or select +a or +b, nothing happend, always have to press alt+f4 for close emulator.
Is there any way for acces a menu from the game?

The hotkey buttom just open my "steam friend windows"

yes, i tried all combinations, but no one works, the "special button" always open my steam friends windows

Like is explained on the point n°8 of the FAQ try with SELECT (or back) as Hotkey.

Hello,

Steam HOME hotkey is in conflict with RetroBat if you choosed HOME as hotkey for RetroBat. So either you disable Steam hotkey or you choose Select as a hotkey for RetroBat.
