Hello pcsx2 error

Hi I'm trying to run pcsxw, but I'm getting an error
Spu2-X System Message failed creating mastering voice code 0x80070490
Can anyone help me.
Seems to work when I load standalone emulator.
But on retrobat. I'm getting this message then it returns to menu
