All Emulators Run in Slow Motion after Adding a Wii Rom

I had about 10 different emulators all working to perfection.  After adding a Wii Rom to the Wii rom folder, EVERY single emulator now runs in slow motion.  Removing the Wii rom does not fix the issue.   This is the 2nd time this has happened.  The first time I was not able to pin point when the issue started.  This time I'm certain it began happening directly after adding the Wii rom.  The Wii rom I added was "Tatsunoko vs. Capcom".

I'm going start over again and image my machine before I add any Wii games to troubleshoot.

Any idea what could have caused all the emulators to run in slow motion?

A rom with a virus maybe...
