You mean the notice with navigation shortcuts ?
You can find it in the Resources folder of your installation, or in the wiki on the navigation page.

Thank you. The manual is a great resource. Do you think you can put a link at the top of the website for it?

The manual is on online the FAQ and available directly inside Retrobat... like is explained on the FFAQ.
