Cannot configure gamepad after V5 update.

I am trying to setup an arcade button setup on V5. I cannot seem to bypass the keys I don't want to set. On version 4 if you held a button down for a few seconds it goes to the next one. Now I cannot skip. Is there something I can do?

I rebooted the pc and now it can skip. Strange. Thank you.
