New to retrobat having some issues

Hi everyone new to retrobat, I'm having a display issue the main menu and display is so fuzzy and distorted can't find anything in the settings to fix this. running a gaming pc ryzen 7 rtx 3060 windows 11 connected to a 49 inch samsung 4k smart TV everything else looks spot on including batocera and every other program I run so it's got to be a resolution problem with retrobat right? Also can i move everything from my boot drive nvme ssd to a 2.5 harddrive ssd without issues as I want to free up room on my main drive. I also am trying to join the retrobat discord and keep getting kicked any advice welcome thanks in advance
