How to change emulator per game / Has this been deleted from the settings?
Hello everybody,
First time poster here. I am currently busy optimizing my roms within Retrobat and I can't change the emulation core for just 1 game in a category. For example: The Cave list. It seems that that Cave games prefer different cores than just 1 standard core for all Cave games. Therefore I would like to manually change the core, is this possible?
I have followed the tutorial on the Retrobat Wiki site (https://wiki.retrobat.org/navigation/configuration-of-systems-and-games) but this option isn't being shown in my retrobat version (6.0.0.-20240113-beta-win64).
I also tried it with batgui but same thing. I cannot find it, if it's even there. Is this option available or can I only change the core per system instead of per game? Thanks.

Hello @JohnHeror and welcome here.
It's a nice think to have start by reading the wiki.
You have also an additionnal source for help, which is the FAQ.
For your case, there is a topic on it
https://retrobat.forumgaming.fr/t135-faq-retrobat-wip#909
There is different core available for cave. You can see it there
https://wiki.retrobat.org/systems-and-emulators/supported-game-systems/arcade/cave-cv1000#information
(PS : BatGui will be updated soon also)
