Kaspersky and Retrobat :/

Hi, i have a strange behaivor with kaspersky.
I have installed the great retrobat 6.0.0 and setting things up and so on.
After a while, kaspersky begins to delete files from retrobat/emulationstation.
Some XML files and the emulationstation are deleting by kaspersky.
Then i set the kaspersky-exceptions to the retrobat folder and subfolders.
But kaspersky still alert me and delete the files again.

If it is necessary, I will do it. But why is Kaspersky so stubborn? I even turned off the monitoring and Kaspersky still reports. I've never experienced anything like that.
