Can't read various roms

Hello,
I'm new on this forum and also on Retrobat. I've installed Retrobat and I'd like to play with the same roms that I play on Recalbox.
I set up Retrogui to get the roms and the gamelist from my external hard drive and something is ok, but something not.
On Retrogui I can see every games for every platform, but when I launch Retrobat I can't see many of those games.

For example, I can't see every MAME, NEO GEO and SEGA DREAMCAST games, on Playstation section I can see just a small part of roms.

Can you please tell me what's going wrong and how to fix it?
