Xbox controller disconnecting from Windows 11 Pro

Hello everyone, I need some help please. I'm running Windows 11 Pro for Retrobat and having a weird issue with Xbox controllers. I have 3 different Xbox controllers, all updated with latest firmware and they keep disconnecting in the middle of a game play.
I friend lend me a Playstation 4 controller and it's working without any issues.
Has anyone experience this problem or does know how to fix this issue?

Hi,
updating the firmware on xbox one controllers causes a bug, you have to downgrade, but this is not possible on all controllers.
