You need to switch on decorations (bezels) for 3ds.
For switch what emulator is that ?

It worked turning on the decorations for 3DS, thank you
Is this a bug?
The emulator for Switch is Ryujinx.

Well, tried to launch Ryujinx from retrobat(just the emulator, not a game), and it opened.
After that, I tried to lauch a game from retrobat and it's working.
Not really sure what the problem was.

You had a corrupted config file for a ryujinx, certainly they updtaed their config files and when you udpated ryujinx it didn't like the old format
