Downloads not working properly (themes and bezels)

I have installed the current version 3.1 (showing as 29.0.0-202015181615) under information but in its default location and tried away from the windows drive (both run as admin) and it loads perfectly and plays games fine but when I try to download while in the program any of the themes or the bezel project files it does download the files ok and completes but upon checking nothing is saved at all.

Themes have no folders bar its default one es-theme-carbon.

Bezel Project does create the folders of the chosen systems decorations > thebezelproject > games (but the folders are empty)

I am having the same issue did you ever resolve this?
